The upcoming Dr Biggles-Jones and Marvel Ratbat would like a word with you.
I don’t think of those as really, truly “crossover” toys. I mean, I realize I’m defining the category distinctly from how probably the original asking person was, but Dr. Biggles-Jones is a GIJoe figure and Marvel Ratbat is a Transformer. There’s no real crossover going on, inherent to the toy itself as an individual entity.
Whereas there are Skystriker Starscreams and HISS Shockwaves and… a Joe-scale Bludgeon. Joe-scale Bludgeon wins.

In the original script to 1986’s The Transformers: The Movie, Ultra Magnus was not merely shot a whole bunch until he exploded. No, he was drawn and quartered. Thankfully, the Marvel adaptation of the movie showed us this gruesome scene.
(You can see hints of this in the final cut of the movie itself. Before Ultra Magnus is fired at a bunch, there’s this shot of four Sweeps emitting these straight beams towards Magnus. They cut away from this to show Magnus getting hit with blaster fire. And when they put Magnus back together again later, it’s to combine his limbs back with his torso, which makes more sense if he was drawn-and-quartered rather than SUPER EXPLODED INTO TINY BITS like we see in the final animation.)

y’know, i never really interrogated that semi-iconic Yaniger Optimus until now, but why does he have shell casings jammed into his head? If they once held bullets, they don’t anymore. Or did Megatron actually try to stab Prime in the head with a giant bullet?
Maybe he thought they were beer cans and tried to crunch one against his forehead.
