I am going to be incredibly brave and say YES, Mark Hamill is the best Joker. Please no hate mail!
Look, I just re-watched Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker today, and he had some prime line deliveries in that. And some might point to the flashback scene as the best stuff, I think his quips with Terry are better. With Bruce, he was dedicated to destroying him and so was just being a friggin’ jag– with Terry, he was having fun because he wasn’t taking Terry seriously.

mmmmm TMS. I miss you.

What is this from, exactly? At first glance it looks like Wayne Static from the metal band Static-X, but I’m not sure…
It is. He did a song called “Crash” for Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker.
He wore a bat dress.

Amber’s ideal Batman was more about the face. You could see his eyes, for example, and they were pretty big and expressive, and also the whole lips and rosy cheeks thing. You can’t see Batman: Beyond’s face. It’s entirely covered.
The funeral in “The Man Who Killed Batman” is one of the greatest scenes in animation history.
IIRC, this is the scene the BTAS voice actors had to do in one take because they were laughing too hard for a second.
There’s the Bruce Timm-drawn storyboard sequence in the Batman Animated book from this, when Joker’s up at the podium. I’m always sad to see the animation doesn’t quite match the energy of it.
