Oh, yeah, that was another thing she tried to hide.  Though it was revealed essentially immediately and without anyone really getting in trouble or with anyone suffering a consequence (and written by another author) that it didn’t ping my brain.  

Your question does hit on another one of Windblade’s skills – she’s very good at talking other people into following her thinking on things and falling in with her sacrifices.  She accomplishes this with a bit of Jeff Winger-esque speechification, and I think it’s another way she’s great paired against Starscream.
