Middle: I want UW Swindle to have the black thighs that CW Swindle has, but there’s too many pins in the knee to separate out just the thigh, so I just whole-hog pulled the CW’s legs off at the hip balljoints and gave them to UW Swindle. The tans are aaaaaaaaaaaaalmost the same color. UW Swindle’s tan is like a smidge more desaturated.
Bottom: Transformed to vehicle mode to make sure the difference in plastic color wasn’t more obvious once the two tans were right next to each other. The feet look off, but, like, those are painted anyway, so they’re gonna. Otherwise the legs hide underneath the hood out of view.
So, hmm.
Give CW Swindle’s black rifle to UW Swindle, maybe paint UW Swindle’s hands black (easiest thing to paint), and I might have my ideal Swindle.
The seventh member of next year’s Transformers Figure Subscription Service is a secret, so I threw together some mock-ups. All we know for sure is that it’s a Combiner Wars Deluxe, plus some rumblings that it’s probably an Autobot. I also don’t expect any new tooling for it. (Surprise figures probably shouldn’t have retooling because you can’t market them in exchange for that expense.)
Some of these mockups break either of the latter two “rules,” but I was having fun.

These things are a doozy to shoot. I can tell I did a good job when other sites start stealing the images and removing the watermarks. I should just start running a Patreon where I’ll post everything without watermarks for like fifty bucks a month. It’d be cheap at half the price.
