That is the Creeper, and his toy is pretty damn back-heavy since he’s wearing a solid mass of plastic feathered boa.

Honestly, I’m not too big on the Creeper.  If I had to pass on one of these BTAS/TNBA toys so far, it’d be him.

I think David “Walky” Willis was the first person I saw suggest it. I just ran with the idea. The comics have also drawn some parallels, if maybe not quite so literally.

The Bible makes a lot more sense when you realise they took out the part where the whole reason the Devil became a bad guy and tempted Eve with the apple was because Satan was traumatised as a child when God trained three evil apples to push the Devil’s parents off a cliff
