At this very moment Maggie’s looking at baby gates to generally ward the cat away from their room, plus there’s a bunch of other small things you can do to keep cats out of cribs, but honestly, I don’t think this cat could give a crap about two babies. It wouldn’t be in her personality to do much more than to maybe investigate them once and then walk away.

I was unaware that cats needed to be kept away from babies, the cat my family had when I was born apparently got super protective of me. Same thing happened when my brother was born.
You have to worry that cat will get in the crib while the baby sleeps and sleep with them or on them, which can cause SIDS.
EDIT: no this isn’t some damn “cats steal baby’s breath” bullshit, you don’t want ANYTHING in the crib while the baby’s sleeping, and cats are a subset of “anything”
