Making Medix from a BotCon Ratchet body and a First Aid head means you have a left-over First Aid body and Ratchet head.

The Reprolabels for Combiner Wars First Aid come with a “NRA 4EVR” license plate sticker just in case you want it made obvious that this isn’t the original cartoon version of First Aid.

Well I guess every standard combiner has a body-part as an alt-mode, be it a limb, a torso, or whatever, so that’s several dozen characters right there! Likewise every Headmaster, if you go by the Japanese depiction of the heads as Cybertronians! An’ even if you rule them out as organic Nebulans, there’s still Fort Max’s head, Cerebros, and the RiD version of the characters, who are both robots.
Beyond them, RiD Megatron comes to mind, with his giant hand mode.
Oh, and Beast Machines Megatron’s “Grand Mal” body!
How about Leobreaker’s ability to form “Savage Claw” mode for Cybertron Optimus Prime?
And sticking with the Unicron Trilogy, Wing Saber can turn into not one, but FOUR limbs for Optimus!
