The easiest way to get me to laugh at a Heathcliff strip is to do the one where he’s seen mid-jump about to murder somebody. I say “the one” because it’s only ever the one idea, really, with only the background and setting changed, to little real effect. But it still gets me every time.
Of course when I say I love Heathcliff, I mean the dailies. The Sundays are by a different cartoonist and I deem them inferior.
