Every other comic by David Willis.

Hey, ladies, your day-to-day experiences are imaginary.

That’s not what he’s saying though. He’s says that just about every comic you do about women’s issues incorporates a straw man. I honestly can’t remember the last comic you did about women’s issues you did where the last panel didn’t have some guy or guy’s doing something ridiculous and/or misogynistic, and then it being presented and the foolish majority’s opinion, when really its not.Is there a gender bias in comics/games/media in general? Hell yes! But there’s other ways to express that than having the last panel be a fat neckbeard who dissagree’s with Amber’s/Robin’s/Lesie’s/ect. opinion because shes a girl defending girls issues.
Also i’m a fan and generally enjoy your comic and toy reveiws.
tl;dr: he’s criticizing your writing, not the issues

A strawman misrepresents a viewpoint so you can more-easily tear it down.  To tear down a strawman, you must first construct a fake argument that only superficially represents your opponent.
The asshole people my strips are about are sadly real.
Unfortunately, folks who don’t seem to understand what “strawman” means, having recast it as “oh you’re merely being mean to my beliefs,” have really destroyed what power the rhetorical tool had.

I may have to nominate David Wills for sainthood. I can do that, right? Also, OP? Hi. You’re part of the problem.
